1. Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return an unopened, unused, and sealed product within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

the product must be unused;
the product must remain sealed in its original packaging;
the product must be in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been:
opened;
unsealed;
used;
damaged after delivery.
This does not affect your legal rights where a product is faulty or not as described.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
your order number;
photographs of the product and packaging;
a description of the issue.
After reviewing your claim, we may, where appropriate:
replace the product;
provide a refund; or
offer another suitable resolution.
